About the role

Parim is looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can turn real customer problems into clear, technically credible product solutions. You will combine customer insight, product analysis, design judgement and technical understanding to shape work that Engineering can build with confidence.

Parim is used by operational teams making time-sensitive decisions about people, schedules and service delivery. You will stay close to those workflows and to the people using them, from discovery through delivery, launch and iteration.

This is not a roadmap-administration role. Success in the role comes from knowing the difference between solving business problems and delivering features. The leadership team sets company-level direction and investment priorities; you will own the priorities and product decisions within your areas.

What success looks like

• Customer and business problems are clearly defined before the team commits to a solution.

• Ideas are validated quickly using data, prototypes and AI-enabled tools before significant development effort is committed.

• Priority decisions follow visible logic, balancing customer impact, business value, evidence, risk, effort and sequencing.

• Engineering receives clear problem definitions, requirements and prototypes, with risks and dependencies surfaced early.

• Delivered solutions meet the standard expected of business-critical B2B software, and evidence after launch informs what happens next.

What you will be doing

You will own product work from problem definition through launch and learning. This means creating clarity before Engineering commits, making sound priority decisions and staying accountable for whether the complete solution works.

• Discover and define

  • Get close to the work. Build a deep understanding of Parim’s users, buyers and operational workflows through regular customer contact and collaboration with customer-facing teams.

  • Find the problem behind the request. Turn customer needs and business priorities into clear problem definitions rather than accepting the first proposed solution.

  • Use evidence, not volume. Combine product data, qualitative insight and technical investigation to identify friction, risk and opportunity.

• Shape and prioritise

  • Make ideas tangible. Use AI-enabled tools and interactive prototypes to explore solutions and improve decisions before committing Engineering capacity.

  • Apply strong design judgement. Shape coherent, intuitive experiences appropriate for premium, business-critical B2B software.

  • Make trade-offs clear. Own priorities within your product areas and explain what should be built, sequenced differently or not built yet.

• Partner through delivery

  • Give Engineering clarity and stay involved. Produce requirements, prototypes and acceptance context, then work with Design and Engineering to resolve questions, surface risks and preserve the intended customer outcome.

  • Measure and learn. Define success before launch, examine the evidence afterwards and decide whether to iterate, scale or change direction.

What makes you a great fit

• Product Management

  • Proven Product Management experience shipping B2B SaaS products from discovery through launch and iteration.

  • Experience building business-critical software and an understanding of the consequences when operational workflows fail.

  • Strong product judgement: you can identify the problem behind the request, make clear priority decisions and work confidently through the details.

  • An analytical approach that combines product data with qualitative customer insight.

  • Strong design judgement and the ability to distinguish a functional interface from a genuinely high-quality enterprise experience.

• Partnership with Engineering

  • Technical fluency and an understanding of how software is designed, built, tested and operated. You can turn product thinking into clear requirements and prototypes while navigating dependencies and delivery trade-offs with Engineering.

  • Practical use of AI tools to investigate problems, analyse information, explore solutions and build prototypes.

• Collaboration and a Sense of Ownership

  • Clear, transparent communication and the confidence to challenge constructively, influence without hierarchy and commit once a decision is made.

  • A curious, hands-on scale-up mindset, with ownership of outcomes and the willingness to stay close to the work until the solution delivers measurable customer value.

It would make you stand out

• Experience creating interactive prototypes that are realistic enough for meaningful customer validation.

• Advanced use of AI-native product development tools such as ChatGTP (Sites), Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable or similar.

• Experience with workforce management, scheduling, operations technology or another complex B2B domain.

About the team

You will work within Parim’s Product team. You will partner closely with Engineering and Design, as well as colleagues across Sales, Customer Success and Support.
