Parim, the best workforce software for temporary staff, is seeking an experienced and executive Head of People and Culture to lead and develop our People function. You will shape our people strategy, champion an inclusive culture, and partner with leadership to attract, develop and retain the talent that will help Parim scale its SaaS platform globally.

Overview

Partnering with our CEO, you will be responsible for a modern, compliant, and scalable People function across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations to ensure we have the right talent, structure and people practices to support rapid growth while preserving a collaborative and diverse culture.

We believe modern people operations should combine strong human judgment with thoughtful use of technology and AI-enabled workflows. We are looking for someone excited to build scalable, high-trust people practices using modern tools while keeping the employee experience deeply personal.

Key Responsibilities

Talent- Full cycle recruitment for 10-20 positions a year

• Partner with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and workforce planning

• Define recruitment strategies aligned with company growth goals

• Build and strengthen our employer brand

• Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, communities, and professional networks

• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows end-to-end

• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes

• Support hiring teams with structured and thoughtful candidate evaluation

• Ensure candidates have an excellent experience throughout the hiring process

• Prepare offers, coordinate negotiations, and support employment contracts

• Help build inclusive and equitable hiring practices

• Track and improve recruiting metrics and hiring effectiveness over time

People Experience

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on people-related matters

• Drive and scale the company culture without losing what makes PARiM special

• Leverage modern tools and AI to build scalable and thoughtful people operations

• Design and manage onboarding processes to ensure new team members integrate successfully

• Ensure people practices remain compliant across the countries where we operate

• Support the company’s goal oriented business approach (OKR framework)

• Support and improve performance review and feedback processes

• Partner with managers on employee development, performance challenges, and growth plans

• Identify learning and development opportunities across the organisation

• Coordinate training initiatives and professional development programs

• Improve employee engagement, communication, and internal processes as the company scales

• Hands on and sharing office environment responsibilities with our Business Operations Manager

Who We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to band together ideas and find cohesion

• High level of organisation and attention to detail

• Experience in scaling teams in SaaS or tech companies

• Comfortable owning both people operations and recruiting responsibilities

• Working knowledge of OKR frameworks and goal-setting systems

• Experience operating independently in a small and fast-moving environment

• Practical understanding of employment practices and compliance

• Experience supporting distributed or remote teams is a must

• Holistic view of People experiences from workplace enjoyment to psychology of success

• Interest in building processes from scratch and continuously improving them

• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with all people and creating a strong employee experience

• Having recruitment and people operations experience with teams in the UK is a great plus
