Senior Product Manager

PARiM, the best workforce software for temporary staff, are on the hunt for two Senior Product Managers who will form an integral part of our Production team and ensure the success and effective life-cycle coordination of our product.
Our ideal Senior Product Managers are inquisitive and will develop a deep understanding of our clients, industries and competition, so they can focus on building relevant solutions to customer problems by partnering with internal stakeholders. Product team is also responsible for launching new features, testing their performance and iterating quickly.

What will you be doing?
- Creating and delivering clear product roadmap, that is in line with PARiM's vision, mission, and business strategy, as well as led by the needs of our customers
- Driving cross-functional alignment with product strategy by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Clarifying, defining and prioritising product requirements, and working with UX and Engineering teams, evolving these into specifications, user stories, wireframes, and a unified vision
- Managing the end-to-end delivery including testing cycles, internal training and communication, roll-out and release management
- Continuously innovating and optimising product experience through testing and quick, small steps of iteration in order to maximise customer impact
We hope you...
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally you have built and scaled B2B SaaS products before, ideally in a product-led growth company
- Have the ability to understand and convey complex technical requirements by using techniques to simplify the concepts and create more impact
- You care for users and put their interest at the centre of your everyday work
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive attitude
- Have a data-driven work style with the ability to back up ideas with facts and examples
