Full Stack Developer will form an integral part of our dynamic and talented Product Development team and will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining PARiM Workforce Software. You will be partnering with Engineering and Product teams to maintain existing functionality and deliver new features and products through efficient and maintainable code, with performance, scalability, testability and security in mind. You will be collaborating and supporting other members of our dynamic and talented Engineering team whilst emphasising on quality at every stage of the product development. Your expertise in engineering and problem solving will be instrumental in creating seamless user experiences, efficient backend processes, and robust front-end interfaces. Every member of PARiM is an ambassador for continuous improvement and you will be too.

Once on onboard, you will be
- Building great user experiences by writing clean, readable, and testable code in all areas of the stack
- Being responsible for code quality and performance, writing unit and integration tests, and actively participating in code reviews
- Troubleshooting, debugging and proactively resolving software defects, performance issues and technical challenges
- Working closely with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to create intuitive user interfaces and engaging experiences, as well as contributing ideas to our product development roadmap
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance the platform
What helps you in this role
- Experience working as a Full Stack Developer preferably with a SaaS product
- Strong understanding of good engineering practices
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React)
- Experience with backend technologies, databases (SQL), and APIs
- Proficiency in building reliable and scalable applications, and appreciation for maintainable, well-documented, working and high-quality software
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and a commitment to delivering high-quality software
- Passion for software engineering and interest in all phases of the agile software development lifecycle
