PARiM, the best workforce software for temporary staff, are on the hunt for a strategically minded Head of Growth. The ideal candidate has a strong business acumen and ability to provide sound leadership to our Customer Success, Marketing and Sales teams whilst creating a sustainable strategy for future growth, and offering PARiM Software to our clients to help improve cost and operational efficiencies in their businesses. Working in partnership with the Board, Product Development leadership and other key stakeholders our Head of Growth will be driving PARiM’s growth, and taking our sales and marketing strategy, team and processes to the next level.
Your mission is to create a revenue generating machine and help us grow at least 30-40% year-on-year by leading the full revenue cycle of the business and maximising existing opportunities and future revenue streams. PARiM’s Head of Growth will be responsible for setting goals that help meet the business needs, setting a high standard for success, and capitalising on the different strengths of each team member.

Once on onboard, you will be
- Growing company revenue, driving and leading our sales, marketing and customer success activities in a rapidly changing environment and challenging economic climate
- Creating strong alignment between all revenue-related (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) teams, ensuring high level of performance, speed of execution, and accountability, developing appropriate metrics to measure and validate effectiveness of strategies
- Creating a predictable and scalable revenue machine - lead generation, conversion and sales retention systems, working on a better identification of profitable targets and qualification of leads
- Working closely with Product Development leadership to align marketing strategies with the deployment of product development plans
What helps you in this role
- Proven track record of growing product-led global B2B SaaS company revenue through sales, marketing, branding, customer success, and partnerships
- Experience in crafting and executing business strategy effectively - ability to think beyond trendy tactics
- Tech-savvy with excellent analytical and forecasting skills
- Data-driven approach - you challenge your assumptions and support analysis with data
- Ability to thrive and help others to thrive in a changing environment, you are passionate about influencing the mindset of others and inspiring your team to be bold and ambitious
